Harold B. Klite Truppman
Harold B. Klite Truppman is a Florida trial attorney with more than three decades of experience litigating complex commercial litigation, property damage claims caused by the condominium association or other unit owners, homeowner association, insurance and commercial disputes.
Since 1990, he has represented unit owners, property owners, businesses, and, when appropriate, condominium and homeowner associations in contested matters involving fiduciary duties, governing documents, construction issues, financial disputes, and insurance coverage.
His experience on both sides of association litigation provides a strategic advantage. He understands how boards operate, how claims are defended, and how statutory and contractual rights are enforced in high-conflict environments.
Mr. Truppman prepares each case as if it will proceed to trial. His practice is focused, disciplined, and litigation-driven, representing clients where the financial exposure, property rights, or governance issues are significant.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and holds an MBA from the University of Miami School of Business Administration, bringing both legal and financial analysis to complex disputes.
